About the property
A brilliant tourism venture situated on 16 HA Vineland property with residential, hospitality and agricultural components.
This profitable and well going wellness retreat is localized 4 km outside Robertson in the popular area of Klaasvoogds West. It operates a guesthouse, spa and restaurant among it wines and apricots orchards.

Garden area (2004):
Romantic garden designed by Jan Hagen. A range of flowers that make the garden look fantastic all through the year. The property overlooks our large dam with a very active fish and birdlife.
(2) Residential house (~1970) – renovated
The house has three bedrooms, bath, separate toilet, kitchen and a large open plan living-room opening up to the garden with view over to the guesthouse and the private pool. Approx 160 m2 house. The house is located on a separate section of the farm and can be transferred to a separate deed.
The property is planted with 2 Ha sauvignon blanc. All outsourced to a neighbouring farm on a year-to-year contract. This arrangement breaks even.
Soil is excellent to plant a total of 8 Ha of Vines. Water rights up to 12 Ha.
