The Lodge is a privately owned accommodation, establishment located in the hamlet of Nuwerus on the N7 national road between Cape Town and Springbok. Nuwerus is a small country town located in the Matzikama Municipality district, within the Western Cape Province.

Nuwerus is situated within the Hardveld botanical regions and adjacent to the Knersvlakte Nature Reserve which is famed for its spring wildflowers and perennial succulents. The town is located on the major N7 national highway which links Namibia to South Africa.

The Lodge has a family-sized porta-pool (above ground) with own filter and water reticulation system. This facility has proven popular with younger guests in the summer months. The pool is 4.2m in diameter. The area around the pool is paved.

The owners have substantively developed and enhanced the property and its infrastructure and today it represents a viable, commercially profitable going concern that the owner wishes to sell voets-toets at fair market value. Alternatively, it is also suitable for purchase as a residential property for an extended family with income generating possibilities.
